Why are the dates of Virtual Elvis Week August 9-16, when in person Elvis Week runs August 9-17?

Only events originating in the Graceland Soundstage are included in Virtual Elvis Week. There are no events in the Soundstage on Thursday, August 17, therefore it is not included in the package.

Step-By-Step Purchase Instructions

There are two steps necessary to purchase Virtual Elvis Week Passes. A) Signing up for an account on virtualelvisweek.com and B) Checkout.

Sign Up

1. Navigate to the show page virtualelvisweek.com

2. Click on any of the buttons

3. Select the 'SIGN UP' tab on the pop-up

4. Enter your email address and fill in all required fields.

5. Agree to terms and click on the 'REGISTER' button

You are now registered for an account on virtualelvisweek.com

You can continue directly to the checkout step at this point

Checkout

1. Enter your credit card information (if applicable)

2. Click Pay to submit your purchase

3. Upon submission of payment you will get a 'Success' message

4. You can click anywhere on screen to continue

You are all done! You should receive a confirmation email for both your registration and purchase. Make sure you keep the username and password that you used to sign up since you will need to log back in to watch the livestream

Where and how do I watch the show?

You will view each event on the same page that tickets are purchased – virtualelvisweek.com.
On this page you will log in using the same account that you created when purchasing your stream ticket.

When does the show start?

Your ticket will be good ONLY FOR THE SHOWS OUTLINED IN THE PASS PURCHASED. All show times are in US Central Time on the show pages. All shows remain on demand for 10 days following the show. Virtual Doors will open 15 Minutes prior to showtime. Please log on at least 15 minutes before to make sure your video, audio and internet connection is working for the show. How can I watch The Candlelight Vigil?

As always, Graceland will also livestream free-of-charge the annual Candlelight Vigil held at Graceland on the evening of August 15. Watch the 2023 Candlelight Vigil broadcast HERE.

How do I see the status of my stream order or change my account information?

For Stream Access Ticket orders made on this site

1. Log into your account on virtualelvisweek.com by clicking on the ‘HAVE A TICKET? LOGIN HERE!’ button under the bundle options.

2. In the bottom-right corner of the screen, you will see a circle as the one below that is your account icon. Click it.

3. Click on Purchases to see your order

If you would like to update your information, this can be done by clicking on My Details

Please note: If you would like to change the email address associated with your stream access purchase, you will have to create a new account and email support.tourgigs.com to have the stream access transferred to this new account.

Is this a recurring charge?

No, this is a one-time purchase only. Some banks incorrectly report it as a recurring charge. Your charge will be coming from our partner virtualelvisweek, LLC on your statement.

The Checkout says my credit card is not valid.

Looks like you are trying to use an unsupported card. Discover, Diners, and a few others are not accepted. Please try again with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express card. We apologize for any inconvenience and are at your service for any other questions or issues.

Can I Cast to or Watch on my Apple TV, Chromecast, Smart TV or ROKU?

Yes. Apple Airplay/AppleTV and Chromecast are supported natively in the virtualelvisweek platform player.

We recommend using Puffin TV or TV Cast apps to cast to Roku, Smart TV's and Firestick as we do not have a native app for these platforms.

In regards to watching the event on a Smart TV, this will depend on the model of Smart TV you have. To stream an event you would use your TV's browser to visit the webpage and watch the stream just like on your PC or tablet.

As an alternative to your TV's default browser, you can also try the Puffin TV browser app, which might work in cases where your TV's default browser does not. Although certain models will allow the streaming without any issues, others might not. Please Note: you will need to have a TV that supports the installation of new apps to install Puffin TV.

This is why we normally suggest watching the event on another device, which in turn you can connect to your SmartTV via either Mirror Cast, Screen Sharing, HDMI or any other wireless or wired connection method that your devices support.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and Tickets are non-refundable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the limited circumstances that we issue you a refund for a Ticket due to a canceled event (which we may do in our sole discretion), we will issue a refund of the Ticket face value paid. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to the Ticket you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us anytime after the show has started, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase the Ticket from the Site. Should you do so, your Tickets may be canceled, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future Ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.
